  Our farmers must be the winners! For every kilogram of Elimbari,the company returns
  a premium price for preserving and producing the best and high quality coffee right
  from nature.
  
  Our farmers are selectively trained every year about the best techniques in farming,
  growing and harvesting Elimbari Specialty coffee which is gaining popularity in the
  world for its quality.
  
  Their Elimbari now fetches the highest premium price in the world market.
  The company sees an increase in its growers and is committed to encouraging
  farmers to be role models in maintaining quality.
• Socially Responsible Programs:
  
  The welfare of our growers, their families and their communities is our concern.
  The company is focussed on assisting small community projects aimed at improving
  the general living standards of the people.
  
  Our assistance comes in the form of water supply, telecommunication, school materials
  support, supplying farmer's seedlings and financial assistance.
  
  The company shares the view that by assisting small village families, it is contributing
  towards the country's chronic problems of unemployment, good education, poverty
  alleviation and creating equal income distribution opportunities.
